What Went Well Today:
Today we worked on setting goals for our literacy block, in order to hold ourselves and one another accountable. We will need to complete a mandatory item and a choice item each morning during literacy block. In Math we continued to work with adding and subtracting decimals by making a weekly lunch menu. In Grade 5 our work matters so it is important we are working our hardest to complete it during the class time given. Agenda Message: - Please continue to try and sell SUTP books! - Make sure we are bringing our warm clothes! unless it is raining or blowing ice and snow we will still be going outside for recess and lunch. - This is our last week before our October break. The Break runs from October 7th-16th. - Pizza lunch is this Thursday October 5th Today What Went Well Was:
During our literacy block we are journaling, reading and working through our literacy choice boards. We have been working very well with Mrs. Hirsts class staying on task for the entire literacy block. We also started to plan persuasive letters on places in G.W. Skene that we as grade 5's can leave our legacy! Agenda Message: -It Feels like Winter is already here! So make sure we are wearing our warmest clothes just in case we go outside! (We stayed inside for recess and lunch today because it was blowing snow and ice). -Pizza lunch is this Thursday October 5th. |
